Browlifts

Brow lifts are an adjunct procedure that can be used alone or along with a facelift to eliminate the creases in the forehead that appear with aging. They can be used to help premature aging from droopy eyebrows or along with a hair transplant for a receding hairline. I perform the procedure under local anesthesia with intravenous sedation. The approach to a brow lift varies but usually I prefer the endoscopic or trichophytic method which creates a more natural appearance and usually has a faster recovery time.

This 68 year old woman was accustomed to high arched brows as was the fashion from her youth. With facial aging, her brows descended and she wanted to restore the look. Although, this may not be everyone´s cosmetic goal, Dr. Prasad is able to customize the appearance of a person´s eyebrows to their individual desire.
